The Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine is a four-year program with three years of pre-clinical classroom instruction followed by one year of clinical training in the Veterinary Health Center.
Clinical Sciences Curriculum
The 3rd year curriculum is comprised of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies presented in classroom and laboratory settings. Fourth year students rotate through clinical services in the Veterinary Health Center (VHC), which allows students to apply their knowledge base through hands-on practical experience with client-owned animals under faculty supervision.
