Technology Equipment

Multimedia equipment may be checked out with a valid CVM Faculty, Staff, or Student ID.

Reservations/Check Out
To reserve equipment, please contact the library via phone or email, or stop by in person. The checkout period is 3 days; extensions must be arranged in advance. Equipment may be checked out at the VM Library desk.

Terms and Conditions
You accept the responsibility of paying for any damages to the equipment due to intentional acts or negligence that result in damage or loss of equipment. These could be repair costs, or if the item needs to be replaced, your cost would be the original price of the item.

If you will be late or need an extension, it is your responsibility to contact the library as soon as possible at 785-532-6006 before the due date and request an extension. Extensions may not be available due to other reservations.
