Work with the China Scholarship Council and China Agricultural University to improve the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) training system in China. The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at KSU and five other universities in the U.S. will educate 10-15 DVM students from China each year. 与中国国家留学基金管理委员会和中国农业大学合作，改善中国兽医学博士教育体系。堪萨斯州立大学兽医学院以及其它五所美国大学将每年为中国培养10-15名兽医学博士学生。

Work with the China Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) to establish and co-manage the China Veterinary Continuing Education Center (CVCEC) in Beijing. The USCCAH will provide the veterinary continuing education content and teaching professionals as needed. 与中国兽医协会合作建立并共同管理中国北京的兽医继续教育中心（CVCEC）。美-中动物卫生中心将提供所需的继续教育内容和教学专家。

Work with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the China Ministry of Agriculture to assist Chinese and U.S. animal health companies in obtaining registration and export of their products to the U.S. and Chinese markets, respectively. 与美国农业部（USDA）和药监局（FDA），以及中国农业部合作，协助中国和美国的动物卫生公司获得注册并出口它们的产品分别到美国和中国市场。
