Early Admission Program
Program Overview
The goal of the Early Admission Program is to recruit exceptional candidates for admission to the College of Veterinary Medicine and provide unique experiences that guide students towards advanced clinical and research training to produce future leaders in veterinary medicine.
Eligibility Requirements
High school seniors that have been admitted as an undergraduate student to Kansas State University with an interest in veterinary medicine and a 29 or above composite ACT score (or SAT equivalent of 1330 or higher) are eligible to apply. Applicants must complete and report scores in the English, ath, reading and science sections. The writing section is optional. Super scores are not accepted. Applicants must have a minimum ACT composite score of 29, based on the English, reading, and math sections. A minimum score of 29 on the ACT Science section is also required if reported separately. However, an ACT composite score of 29 or higher that includes a science score will be accepted, even if the science sub-score on the composite score is below 29. Students must currently be enrolled in high school and plan to attend Kansas State University in the fall semester following their high school graduation.
