The U.S.-China Center for Animal Health has established partnerships with the U.S. and Chinese governments, universities and animal health industry. The unique collaborations provide a platform for us to promote U.S.-China exchange and cooperation in animal health, public health, food safety, and other important social and economic areas.

These partnerships are also essential for the funding support for the U.S.-China Joint DVM Scholarship Program. They have also provided unprecedented learning opportunities to our Chinese DVM students. For the first time, Chinese students can fully understand and compare the veterinary education and service, veterinary profession governance, and important roles of veterinarians in animal health, public health, food safety, and other important social and economic areas in these two countries. These experiences and knowledge prepare them to be leaders in promoting standardized veterinary services in China and strengthening the U.S.-China collaboration for public and animal health.

美中动物卫生中心已与中国和美国的政府机构，大学及动物保健行业建立了合作伙伴关系。这独特的合作关系为我们促进中美两国在动物保健、公共卫生、食品安全、以及其它重要的社会及经济领域的交流与合作提供了平台。

这些合作关系，还为中美联合培养执业兽医博士奖学金项目提供了至关重要的资金支持，同时也为该项目的学生提供了前所未有的学习机会。这是中国学生第一次能够全面了解并比较美中两国在兽医教育和服务，兽医职业管理以及兽医在动物健康、公共卫生、食品安全及其他社会和经济领域中的重要作用的差异。这些经验和知识，使得他们成为推动中国兽医服务标准化并加强美中公共卫生和动物健康领域合作的领导者。
