Dr. Ron and Rae Iman Outstanding Faculty Awards
The K-State Alumni Association provides two $5,000 awards for K-State faculty to honor outstanding teaching and research. These awards are made possible with the funding from Dr. Ron and Rae Iman, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Dr. Ron and Rae Iman Outstanding Faculty Award for Research
The Dr. Ron and Rae Iman Outstanding Faculty Award for Research is awarded to a full-time K-State faculty member who has distinguished him or herself in their chosen profession and who has contributed significantly through research to improve the betterment of the educational experience or whose research has had a significant impact on his or her area of study. One annual award with a $5,000 stipend is awarded annually.
Dr. Ron and Rae Iman Outstanding Faculty Award for Teaching
The Dr. Ron and Rae Iman Outstanding Faculty Award for Teaching is designed to honor excellence in high quality of instruction, strong relationships with students inside and outside of the classroom and reputation for scholarship and distinguished service to the university. One annual award with a $5,000 stipend is awarded annually.
