Hi! We are 3 female vet students, one current 1st year and 2 current third years, looking for another female vet student to move into our house for the 2021-2022 school year. We have 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex located about 8 mi. from the vet school in the Green Valley community. There's an awesome little lake a mile or 2 up the road with fire pits and fishing, and our neighborhood is quiet and a great place to run or ride your bike. There is also a horse boarding facility about 1 mile away for anyone that has horses! The room that's available shares a bathroom, but it has it's own sink and walk-in closet. Rent is ~$350 a month + utilities. Dogs are welcome as long as they get along with the two dogs that already live here :-). Pet rent is $10/month extra, and we have a fenced in back yard!
