KSU CVM Surgery Club

The KSU CVM Surgery Club aims to introduce and educate veterinary students in various aspects of surgery through lectures and wet labs.  Members may be actively pursuing a surgical specialty career or would like to gain more information about this aspect of veterinary medicine.

Elections are held in the fall for President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Fundraising Chair.  Positions are held for a year with the exception of President-Elect which is held for 2 years.  Dues are set at $10 to cover all and spring semesters.

Meetings are held once a month consisting of either lectures or wet labs which may be in collaboration with other clubs.  Topics will run the gamut including but not limited to small animal, large animal and exotics.
