Registration Information

- Pre-registration is due by January 25, 2019. Registrations received after this date will be assessed a late fee of $25.
- Registration fee includes lectures, proceedings, catered luncheon and refreshment breaks.
- Refunds, less a $20.00 handling charge, will be made if notification is received by January 25, 2019.

Fees

Full Registration with CE (includes lecture and lab) - $150

Full Registration with NO CE (includes lecture and lab) - $100

Half Day Registration (ONLY Lecture or ONLY Lab) - $75

Online Livestream Lecture (Virtual Morning Lecture ONLY) - $50

Student/KSU Faculty - Complimentary**

  • If Students or Faculty wish to purchase lunch, it will be $20. 

Veterinary Technicians - $50 - **Veterinary Technician registration requires a DVM registration and to register their veterinary technician as a guest. The technician will be paired with their DVM during the lab portion. Limit of 1 technician per DVM registration. 

Additional Late Fee after January 25 - $25

  • By e-mail: send information to vmce@vet.k-state.edu. 
  • By phone: Call the Office of Continuing Education with your information and credit card information at 785-532-4528.

By registering I give my permission to distribute my name and contact information to conference attendees and vendors. If I prefer not to be included in these distributed listed, I will include a written request with my registration for my contact information to be omitted.
