North Central Veterinary Emergency Center (NCVEC) is seeking full or part-time experienced emergency veterinarians to join our talented team. We are looking for team members who are excited about continual growth and development of an exceptional emergency hospital. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency medicine, excellent communication skills, and be a team player. You will have the opportunity to use and expand your skills in clinical medicine and surgery. Our 24-hour 9,000 square foot facility on the Purdue North Central campus in Westville, Indiana, opened in 2003. The hospital has 5 exam rooms, modern surgical suites, digital radiographs, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and ophthalmology specialists during the weekdays. We are also affiliated with Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. This relationship provides access to the latest medicine along with being a tremendous resource for training and guidance when managing critical cases. In June, 2014 we opened our satellite clinic in Highland, Indiana, close to I-80. This second location is a short drive from Chicago, has 4 exam rooms, and is similarly equipped. Although emergency experience is preferred, we are open to the right candidate with a strong interest in emergency medicine.
