Come enjoy a relaxing atmosphere to help promote your well-being. Yoga is offered on Mondays and Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00 pm in 001 Trotter during the Fall and Spring semester. Each session is lead by a certified Little Apple Pilates Co. Instructor.

Caring For Others
Each week you can nominate a fellow student for the Caring For Others Award. In your nomination, please include the name of the student you are nominating and the specific action they did to demonstrate a commitment to upholding the CVM environment. Nominations are due by 5:00 pm every Friday. The recipient will be announced the following week and will receive a lunch certificate to Arrow Cafe.

We Care Breakfast
During Fall and Spring semesters students in First-Third year classes will receive a surprise breakfast to show that we care about you and your success.
Finals Pancake Feed
On Mondays during finals week in the Fall and Spring semester, we host a pancake feed for all classes. It’s all you can eat pancakes, sausage, and tang. This event is catered by Chris Cakes.
Lunch N’ Learns
Throughout the Fall and Spring semester, Counseling Services sponsor a wellness topic over the noon hour for all classes and proved a free lunch for those in attendance.

Students from all classes have a chance to push themselves and connect with fellow classmates while participating in the high ropes course at the Kansas State Challenge Course.
