Interpretation

Radiographic Impressions:

Findings consistent with pyometra. Sublumbar lymphadenopathy differentials should include primary reactive lymph nodes due to infectious disease.

Bacteriology:

Pasteurella multocida and Brucella spp. from uterine discharge.

Histopathology:

Tubular adenocarcinoma of the mammary gland.
