Interpretation

Radiographic Findings:

There is marked hepatomegaly most pronounced on the right side.  The animal is obese.  The urinary bladder has gas present within the wall.  Free gas is present adjacent to the urinary bladder in the caudal abdominal region.

Radiographic Impressions:

Enlargement of the liver consistent with Cushing's disease, diabetes, or diffuse hepatic infiltrates.  Emphysematous cystitis.
