There is soft tissue swelling centered at the tarsus.  There is irregular bony destruction present associated with the distal aspect of the intermediate ridge of the tibia, the distal aspect of the lateral trochlear ridge, and the majority of the 3rd tarsal bone.  Additionally, subchondral lucency is present associated with the central tarsal bone.  There is sclerosis of bone adjacent to the large cystic area in the distal portion of the  lateral trochlear ridge, and in the central tarsal bone.

Radiographic Impressions:

Septic arthritis with osseous invasion of multiple bones of the left tarsus.  Suspect osteomyelitis of the right distal row of tarsal bones.
