Interpretation

Radiographic Findings:

Survey radiographs: Routine abdomen, right lateral and ventrodorsal

There are multiple small ovoid mineral opaque structures superimposed on the kidneys in both views. The urinary bladder is not seen. There is incomplete fusion of the second and third sacral segments. In the limited view of the thorax, there is mineralization of the tracheal and bronchial walls centrally.

Radiographic Impression:

Bilateral nephrolithiasis.
Urinary bladder not identified.
Transitional sacrum.
Tracheal and bronchial mineralization.
