Postdoctoral position - Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology Department, at Kansas State University
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology Department, at Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS. The position responsibilities include applying novel strategies and animal challenge model to develop broadly protective vaccines against human enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC)associated diarrhea.
The successful candidate will have obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Vaccinology, or a related disciplines, have published meritorious first-author manuscripts, and have proven experience with vaccine development, animal models of infection, molecular biological technical skills, cell culture, and/or biochemistry.
