- Pre-registration is due by October 19, 2016. Registrations received after this date will be assessed a late fee of $25.
- Registration fee includes lectures, proceedings and a catered lunch. Registration also includes the textbook: Quantitative Pharmacology - An Introduction to Integrative Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic Analysis by Johan Gabrielsson &Stephan Hjorth
- Refunds, less a $25 handling charge, will be made if notification is received by October 19, 2016.
