Welcome to The Lin Research Group in the ICCM at K-State!

The Lin Research Group is focused on applying computational modeling technologies to address food safety, toxicology and risk assessment issues. We develop and apply innovative physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models to assess exposure to drugs, environmental chemicals, or nanomaterials in the target tissue in laboratory animals, food-producing animals, companion animals, and/or humans. We are a highly interdisciplinary research group with expertise in PBPK modeling, risk modeling, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, toxicology, pharmacology, environmental epidemiology, and biostatistics.

Prospective PhD/undergraduate students and potential collaborators are encouraged to contact Dr. Lin for more details.
