The Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services (CARES) is seeking an additional internal medicine specialist to join our team! CARES is committed to providing the best care to our clients and their pets. To do this we currently have a full in hour laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound, 16 slice CT, on site MRI , flexible and rigid endoscopy and laparoscopy. In addition, we continue to expand the role of our internists to include the latest minimally invasive techniques and training in collaboration with our surgery department. We have skilled support staff, including CVTs and specialty certified CVTs, which allows us to employ advanced patient monitoring. We value a collaborative and collegiate approach, and aim to provide our clients and patients premier medicine in a compassionate environment. Our specialty services consist of internal medicine, surgery, emergency and critical care, anesthesiology, neurology, radiology, ophthalmology, oncology, and cardiology. An Idexx reference laboratory with a full time clinical pathologist is also located within our building. Our 24/7 emergency service ensures cohesive patient care at all times.
