Results for cases submitted to the Kansas State University Diagnostic Laboratory are available to view via the World Wide Web.  Access is restricted by unique username and password.  Users may select their username and password.  In the event that an employee leaves your clinic or other security issues are raised, the clinic or veterinarian listed on the sign-up form is responsible for changing passwords.  All username change requests must be made through the WebAccess Administrator.  The KSU Diagnostic Laboratory does not assume responsibility for username and password security within an individual clinic or practice.

Clinic access will include all client cases submitted to the KSU Diagnostic Laboratory through that clinic regardless of referring veterinarian.

By submitting an access request form, clinics and practices are agreeing to the conditions listed above.  Clinics and practices are responsible for their own username and password security.
