We currently offer DNA sequencing and sequencing data analysis service for bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), type 2 porcine circle virus (PCV2), and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV). Sequencing targets for the viruses are the 5’ UTR region of BVDV, full genome of PCV2, or the ORF5 region of PRRSV. Sequencing data analysis includes sequence assembling, sequence alignment, phylogenetic tree generation, and identity table generation.
