Kansas City International Airport is currently going through some major
renovations. You should allow yourself extra time when traveling to KCI since construction
is causing travel delays at peak times due to traffic congestion. Parking lots have been
closed off and some airlines may change locations, perhaps even terminals so you will need
to take this into consideration as well.

Driving Directions and Parking Information
From the north (Lincoln, Nebraska)
Take Hwy. 77 South past Randolph approximately 10 miles to Hwy. 24.
Follow Hwy. 24 East to Manhattan. Hwy. 24 is also Tuttle Creek Blvd. once you are in the Manhattan area.
Continue South to the fourth stop light which is Bluemont Avenue (you will see a Sonic, a Total, and a Phillips 66 to your right).
Turn right heading West and continue through three stop lights. Bluemont Avenue will change into Anderson Avenue at the fourth stop light. Continue through two more stop lights (14th Street & 17th Street) to the third stop light which is Denison Avenue.
Turn right heading North and continue through two stop lights until you reach a stop sign at Jardine Drive. Continue North.
The College of Veterinary Medicine Complex is on the right side immediately past the stop sign.

right side immediately past the stop sign. There is a sign in front of
the VMTH directing you to the Small Animal, Large Animal and Emergency

From the south (Wichita, Kansas)
Take Hwy. 135 North to Salina.
Take I-70 East to Hwy. 177 North (Exit 313 - there is a sign that says Manhattan and KSU).
When coming over the bridge into Manhattan, stay in the right lane which will make a big circle and bring you to a stop light at the edge of Manhattan Town Center (mall).
Turn left at that light which is Tuttle Creek Blvd.

Exit off of Highway 18 onto Highway 113 North (which turns into Seth Childs Road).
Continue through two stop lights to the third stop light which is Claflin Avenue.
Turn right at Claflin Avenue and go to the second stop light, which is Denison Avenue.
Turn left on Denison Avenue heading North and continue until you reach a stop sign at Jardine Drive. Continue North.

Parking is available on the west side (off Denison Avenue) and on the east side (off Jardine Drive) of the Veterinary Medical Complex. You will need a parking permit, which you will receive in your registration packet. Do not park in the client parking or reserved stalls as you may get ticketed.
Fly into Kansas City International Airport
Buy a ticket to Manhattan from a commercial shuttle service or follow these driving
instructions from KCI to K-State.
Take I-435 South/West.
Take I-70 West to Hwy. 177 North (Exit 313 - there is a sign that says Manhattan and KSU).
