Interpretation

 

Radiographic Findings:
There is a minimally displaced chip or corner fracture off the dorsolateral distal aspect of the 1st phalanx. 

Radiographic Impressions:
Fractured dorsolateral aspect of the distal 1st phalanx (arrow).
