Two week history of thoracolumbar pain and neck stiffness. Has now progressed to hind limb paresis.
Physical Examination
- Hindlimb paresis
- Increased patellar and sciatic reflexes
- Decreased conscious propioception
- Cranial nerve reflexes within normal limits (WNL)
- Forelimb reflexes WNL
- Weak
- Emaciated
