• Temp – 101.8
• Heart rate – 132 bpm
• Respiratory rate – 42 per min
• BCS – 4/5

Plan

• Urinalysis – Yellow cloudy urine with specific gravity 1.008 and alkaline PH (7.5)
• Urine culture – Positive for E. coli
• Abdominal radiographs
