The library has eight staff members and reference assistance is available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Student assistants staff the library during the evenings and weekends.

Gina Scott is the lead person for software instruction for faculty, staff, and students in the college of veterinary medicine.  Gina provides instruction courses in supported applications such as Microsoft Office, K-State Online, Axio Survey, Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, TurningPoint, and more.  During orientation week, Gina teaches the incoming class how to use MS OneNote for the tablets and assists with K-State Online issues. Gina also provides one on one support for these programs.
