- Providing seminars, workshops, and individual assistance on course design and technology integration in classroom teaching, web-enhanced instruction, and online teaching
- Researching and testing new software tools for teaching excellence and learning effectiveness
- Conducting and assisting educational research related to instructional technology, online education, or scholarship of teaching and learning
- Pursuing and supporting grant projects related to instructional technology, online education, or scholarship of teaching and learning
- Coordinating and overseeing the services in Instructional Technology and Design
