• 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at Chase Manhattan Apartments is available for subletting. Rent is $355/month+electric+internet. Chase allows 1 small cat or dog; small animals are permitted. Other roommate is a grad student on main campus who spends most of her time studying/working at home or on campus. She's very tidy and quiet (not the reason I'm moving).

• I am looking for a subleaser for my one bedroom apartment in Founder’s Hill this summer.  I will be moving out May 12th, 2012 and the apartment will be available any time after that through July 31st.
