  We have 2 rooms available for sublease over the summer. Both rooms will become available mid-May to almost the end of August. We do have a dog and two cats already, so no other pets allowed during the summer. Both rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and closet space. The rest of the house of course, is fully furnished and we have a washer/dryer in the house. The vet school is about 2.5 miles from our house. The house is relatively new, built in 2005.
