Asking $400 per month (utilities-included) for rent in a 3-bedroom house. Looking for a responsible female. One other girl will be living there in the summer; who is a quiet grad student. We have a fridge on the main floor that can be split between the two of you. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, toaster oven, and oven/gas stove-top. I will be gone from the 18th of May to the 18th of August. I'm looking for someone to rent for June and July, but preference would be given to someone willing to rent for 3 mo from the middle of May until the middle of August. The house is beautiful and just a few blocks south of campus. We also live just west of city park. We have a screened-in front porch, an arbor with grape vines in the back, a couple fruit trees, and a small vegetable garden. We don't have central air-conditioning, but we have a whole-house fan that runs at night, and we each have window units. We have a downstairs half bathroom and an upstairs one with a shower/tub that you would be sharing with one girl. No pets are allowed. Great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for sublease from now to the end of July. You are able to extend the lease for a full year after also. The rent is $950 a month and they ALLOW pets (which is few and far between in this town). One bedroom is a master with attached bath. The other bedroom has a walk-in closet with hanging racks on all 3 sides. There is a washer and dryer included, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. There is an deck for grilling. The living room is huge and there is a separate dining area. The kitchen also has a built in breakfast bar for eating. The bedrooms are huge (we've got a king bed in both). There is also a swimming pool and fitness center with multiple machines and treadmills and a basketball court. There is also a movie theater.
