  • House for sale by the family of a graduating Vet Med student. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home provided rental income and was home for our daughter and her roommates for her four years at KSU Vet School. Solidly built in the 1960s, with easy-care maintenance, it has spacious shared living spaces upstairs and down. Furnishings may be included. There is a fireplace for cozy pizza/study parties. Appliances recently replaced: washer, dryer, fridge, garbage. Quiet surroundings in one of Manhattan's better neighborhoods (on Browning Ave.), an easy 1.5 miles to campus (essential during emergency duty in the fourth year). Off-street parking for four vehicles. Fenced-in yards for furry friends.
