We encourage you to register for the entire meeting ($748 registration fee), which gives you access to both the Translational Workshop and Symposium. The registration fee covers symposium proceedings, opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and the Gala Dinner. However, if you can only spend Sunday with us, then please indicate “Workshop Only” on the registration form. The one-day registration fee of $254 includes symposium proceedings, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch RoundTable session, and the Opening Reception. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to interact with experts from academia and industry by enjoying both Workshop and Symposium. To help us better organize the meeting, please indicate on the registration form the events that you will attend, including the choice of RoundTable discussion topics and your attendance at the Translational Workshop (June 4th), Opening Reception (June 4th evening) and Gala Dinner (June 8th evening). We are planning a Nido2017 special issue to be published in Virology. Please indicate whether you are interested in submitting a manuscript for peer-reviewed publication in the Virology special issue.
The early registration deadline is March 3, 2017. Late registration deadline is April 17, 2017. A $100 late fee will be charged. On-site registration is available.
Special Note: If you initially register for the Workshop and then decide to stay for the Symposium, your Workshop registration fee will be applied as part of the Nido2017 Symposium fee. Please contact email@example.com for changing your registration form.

If you must cancel your registration, please do so by May 8, 2017. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $20 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by May 8, 2017. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Nido2017 Symposium.” Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after May 8, 2017. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by that date are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
