Please include patient information (patient name, age, species, breed), record time of draw and provide a brief history. Submit samples on cold packs by overnight or next day carrier to:

Typically, you can expect to receive results by phone or fax within 24 hours after we receive the sample in our laboratory except for samples arriving late on Fridays. Samples will not be accepted on the weekends. A hard copy of the results will also be mailed.
