For the past 100 years, the K-State College of Veterinary
Medicine has prepared more than 6000 professional students
to meet the demands of veterinary medical careers!
It is with pride that I serve the college as Dean during
this Centennial Celebration! I’d like to personally invite
everyone to attend our Centennial festivities, June 5-8,
2005. Dr. Jim Coffman will enlighten and challenge us with
his presentation “Transition: Looking Back, Looking Ahead”.
I will take you on a virtual tour of the veterinary medical
complex which will show how our college is meeting the
challenges of our profession today.
We are as excited about the future as we are proud of the
past. I trust you share our enthusiasm! Take time from your
busy schedule to pay tribute to our college during this
once-in-a lifetime celebration!
