Frick Auditorium is located on the second floor of Mosier
Hall. Enter at the Small Animal Entrance. Signs will be posted to direct you
to registration.
Parking
Parking is available on the west side (off Denison Avenue) and
on the east side (off Jardine Drive) of the Veterinary Medical Complex. A parking
permit is not required for weekend parking. Do not park in the client parking or
reserved stalls as you may get ticketed.

Guest Speakers
David C. Twedt, DVM, Diplomate ACVIM
Dr. David C. Twedt graduated from Iowa State University and entered an internship and
medicine residency at The Animal Medical Center in New York City with an interest in
gastroenterology. Dr. Twedt then joined the staff of the Animal Medical Center and was
also a research associate at the Liver Research Center of Albert Einstein Medical School.
Dr. Twedt is currently a Diplomate of the ACVIM, Professor in the Department of Clinical
Sciences at Colorado State University and Director of the Veterinary Endoscopy Teaching
Center.
Dr. Twedt is past President of the ACVIM
Internal Medicine Specialty, past President and Chairman of the Board of the American
College of Veterinary Internal Medicine and Comparative Gastroenterology Society.
Publication and research interests include liver and gastrointestinal disease. Dr. Twedt
is gastroenterology section editor of Current Veterinary Therapy. He has published many
articles in the area of gastroenterology, endoscopy and is active in research in liver and
gastrointestinal disease and has lectured nationally and internationally in these areas.
He has also been the recipient of several teaching awards.
