Travel Awards
A limited number of Travel Awards will be available to graduate students, post-doctoral associates and newly established faculty who give either an oral presentation or a poster presentation during the 23rd Meeting of the American Society for Rickettsiology.
To apply for a travel award, you need to click on the Yes button at the bottom of Step 1 of the Abstract Submission Form.
Travel Awards will be decided by the ASR Executive Committee after abstracts have been submitted, reviewed and accepted.
You MUST be a member of ASR to receive a travel award. Membership dues are $25. You can become a member or renew your membership on the meeting registration form.
REMEMBER: The Abstract Submission deadline is MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2009!
