Travel Awards have been awarded this year. Travel awards have been granted to individuals presenting an oral or poster presentation. Recipients of travel awards were notified via email in late-April.
*Those wishing to pay for their meeting registration and ASR membership dues with separate forms of payment may do so when registering online. When arriving at the payment screen, enter one form of payment and the amount to be processed, then click next. The next screen will show you what you still owe and at that time you can choose another form of payment.
Pre-registration has closed. To register onsite please fill out, print and bring with you the registration form. Registration will begin on Saturday, June 15 at 3:00 p.m. in the lobby of The Holiday Inn By the Bay.

All presenters must register and pay for the meeting registration and membership dues in order to present at the 26th Meeting of the American Society for Rickettsiology.
Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the meeting. Online registration is a separate system from the abstract submission site.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "ASR Meeting Cancellation". Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received the Division of Continuing Education at Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. CST on May 24, 2013. After May 24, due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee. The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Registration implies permission for photos to be taken and possibly used in publications. If you wish to not have your photo taken, please contact the Division of Continuing Education at email@example.com.
