REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration fees for the meeting on or before July 16, 2009 are $350 (USD).
A $50 late fee will apply to registrations received after July 16, 2009.
MEAL TICKETS:
One meal ticket each for the following meals is provided with the participant’s registration:
Saturday Welcome Reception
Sunday Lunch
Sunday Dinner
Tuesday Lunch
A light continental breakfast will be provided for meeting participants on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

ASR DUES:
The annual $25 ASR Membership Dues may also be paid with your meeting registration. You must be an ASR member to receive a travel award.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to ASR@vet.k-state.edu with the subject line “ASR Meeting Cancellation”. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by Kansas State University by 5:00 pm on July 16, 2009.
