- April 26 – Registration Opens!
- April 30 – Call for Abstract Closes
- May 31 – Presenting authors have received day and time of their presentation. If not, please email Kathryn kharth@k-state.edu.
- June 28 – Cut-off date to receive the conference rate at the Yarrow Hotel.
- June 29 – Last day to register and receive the early registration rate.
- July 13 – Last day to register online.
