Abstract Submissions
All meeting participants who wish to present either an oral presentation or a poster presentation should submit an abstract. Abstracts MUST be received by May 28, 2010.

All Abstracts must be submitted on-line. Abstract submissions should will include the following: presentation title, authors (with an asterisk following the presenting author), affiliation(s), and abstract text. The body of the abstract should be no more than 300 words in length and should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document. Do not fax or land mail abstracts. A meeting program and abstracts will be compiled and posted on-line at the meeting website as well as printed and distributed to registered meeting participants.

Oral Presentations:
Oral (PowerPoint) presentations will be no more than 12 minutes in length (allowing up to 3 minutes for questions and answers).  The presenting author will receive a confirmation when the abstract is received.  The presenting author will also receive information indicating the day and time of the presentation by June 30, 2010.  Although every effort will be made to honor the requests of oral presentations, due to the limited number of slots available, the organizing committee may designate some oral abstract submissions as poster presentations.  This will be based on the number of abstracts submitted for each topic area.  Oral presentations are also limited to one abstract per presenter.   Please avoid submitting multiple abstracts for oral presentations.

Poster Presentations:
Poster sessions will be scheduled throughout the meeting.  Each accepted poster will be assigned to a single-day presentation (set-up in the morning and remove at the end of the day).  The available poster boards are approximately 4 feet high and 8 feet long; push pins will be provided.  The presenting author will receive a confirmation when the abstract has been received.  The presenting author will also receive information indicating the day and time of the presentation by June 30, 2010.
